Mixed Media
My mixed-media work is a combination of acrylic and one of two other media, watercolour or oil. Using acrylic paints over watercolours, I enable portions of the underlying colours to show. The contrast achieved by pairing soft, but vibrant gradations of watercolour with the more rigid acrylic paint makes for a compelling result.
